HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. No install, no integration.

01

Export

Export your workspace as a ZIP. Every major tool supports this under Settings → Export — it takes about a minute.

02

Upload

Drop the ZIP on this page. Nothing gets installed, and nothing connects to your live workspace.

03

Get your report

In under two minutes, get a health score, a flagged list of problem pages, and a 30-day cleanup plan.

WHAT WE CATCH

The six things that make a knowledge base unreliable.

You already know the symptoms: "I couldn't find it," "this looks out of date," "who owns this page?" Here's what we flag.

Duplicate pages

Two or more pages covering the same ground, usually created independently by different people.

Outdated docs

Pages that reference old pricing, deprecated tools, or processes nobody follows anymore.

Pages to delete

Drafts, test pages, and abandoned ideas that exist only to confuse the next person who finds them.

Missing tags

Pages with no category or label, which is usually why search inside the wiki turns up nothing.

Ownerless docs

Pages with no clear author or maintainer, so nobody knows who's responsible when they go stale.

Broken links

Internal references that point to pages which were renamed, moved, or deleted.

We ran a full audit on a sample marketing team workspace — 340 pages, three years of history, the usual mess. Here's the report it generated.

FAQ

Common questions.

We accept .zip exports from Notion, Confluence, Obsidian, and any folder of Markdown or HTML files. If your tool has an export feature, it almost certainly produces something we can read.
Your data is safe, and no — we do not store your files. Your export is processed in memory and deleted immediately after your report is generated. Nothing is saved on our servers, and we never retain your documents.
Three options are built into every report: Download PDF saves a copy for your records. Copy report copies a clean formatted version you can paste directly into Slack, email, Teams, or any document. Send to team does the same thing optimized for sharing. Most people share the report with their team and use the 30-day cleanup plan to divide up the work.
Very large exports (over ~300,000 words) are analyzed from a representative sample. The report will note when this happens. For most teams this isn't an issue — even large workspaces tend to have the same patterns throughout.
The AI does its best but isn't perfect. If something looks off, the report is still a useful starting point — treat it as a prioritized checklist to review rather than a definitive audit. You know your workspace better than we do.
Each $49 payment covers one report. If you want to run another audit — after a cleanup, or on a different workspace — just purchase again. There's no subscription and no limit on how many times you can buy.
Your report is generated in your browser session. If you close the tab, the report is gone — it isn't stored anywhere. We recommend downloading the PDF or copying the report before closing.
Because the AI analysis runs immediately upon upload and the results are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you hit a technical error that prevented you from receiving a report, contact us and we'll make it right.
